Slashing and burning of forests leaves local communities vulnerable to fire. It also reduces the habitat of the native animals. If the animals lose food or shelter they may die or become extinct. Humans should stop logging rainforests for palm oil, paper, furniture, gum and other products so that creatures can survive.
The advantages of logging is that it provides humans with materials to build houses, furniture and supplies them with certain foods and paper for education.
